Dr Umesh Bhadade Vice -Principal and Professor, Electronics and Computer Science Shree L.R .Tiwari College of Engineering. He has received the B. E. degree in Electronics Engineering with First Class from Pune University in 1994,M. E. degree in Electronics Engineering with First Class from Amravati University in 2002 and PhD in Electrical Engineering in 2012 from the M. S. University of Baroda.

Serving in Educational field for 29 years and worked as Head of Computer Engineering & Information Technology, Dean Academics, Director Technical Development, I/C Principal in different Engineering Institutes.Taught courses at colleges affiliated to KBC North Maharashtra University, Pune University and Mumbai University.Participated in workshops on quality enhancement of teaching, National Education Policy 2019, Outcome based education, adoption and promotion of e-learning in HEIs, Syllabus framing for Computer and IT Engineering of KBC North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon and several other technical workshops.Attended Short Term Training Program sponsored by AICTE/ISTE for 22 weeks which includes Engineering Education, Communication System, Training for Technical Education, Entrepreneurship, Internet of Things, Research Funding and many more.Organized Conferences at University, State, National and International levels. Dr. Reni Francis is currently the Principal at MES’s Pillai College of Education and Research, Mumbai and was previously working with Jabriya Indian School, Kuwait. She has been awarded the Doctoral degree in Arts – Education, University of Mumbai and Doctoral degree in Business Economics- University of Mumbai. She has a varied experience of more than 21 years in facilitating learning with school students, teachers and teacher educators in India and Kuwait. She has authored 28 books International (6) and National (22). She is the Member of Board of Studies (Education), University of Mumbai and Member of the Syllabus Revision Committee of Credit Based Choice System, University of Mumbai. Dr.Hema Rajendra Bhadawkar K J SOMAIYA College of Education,Vidyavihar University of Mumbai. Dr Hema Bhadawkar is an Assistant Professor at the K J Somaiya College of Education, Somaiya Vidyavihar University. She holds post graduate degrees in Chemistry, History, Education and Philosophy to her credit. She has an academic experience of 15 years, specializing in subjects like Assessment for Learning, Educational Technology, Educational Management, ICT in Education, Human Resource Management in Education, Pedagogy of History etc. She is a member of the Board of Studies of Sophia College for women to prepare the syllabi for the various courses and suggest methodologies for innovative teaching. DR. DEVEN SHAH Principal, Shree. L.R Tiwari Engineering of College (Ph.D. Computer Engineering, M.Tech. Information Technology, B.E. Electronics and Telecommunication). Dr. Deven Shah is a Principal of Shree L R Tiwari College of Engineering, Mira Road. He was a Professor and worked as the Vice-Principal of Thakur College of Engineering and Technology, Mumbai. He is a techie having 25 years of experience in corporate as well as academia. Dr. Deven Shah has served as Principal during his previous tenure and has the honorary position of Chairman, Board of Studies (Information Technology) at the University of Mumbai. His research work is commendable and he has filed five Indian patents and one patent in Germany. Also, he has been granted five Australian Innovation patents. During his tenure in the industry, he has served as All India Technical Head of the MNC, handling various clients in the Networking domain. His work in the industry was accorded with Best Employment Award. He completed his Ph.D. from the National Institute of Technology, Surat in 2010. His passion is to adopt new and latest technology and customise it to solve real-world problems. In 2006, research work on SOA bagged him IBM Best Faculty Award. His excellence in teaching is appreciated by one and all and acknowledged through IBM Drona Award in 2007 and Teacher Excellence Award in 2020 by AICTE.Dr. Deven Shah has been interacting with Government bodies and was invited to Indo-UK Security & Identity Round Table Conference in 2009.
