Edunet Foundation is a social enterprise established in 2015 that aims to bridge the academia-industry divide, enhance student employability, promote innovation, and create an entrepreneurial ecosystem in India. The organization works primarily with emerging technologies to augment and upgrade the knowledge ecosystem and equip beneficiaries to become contributors themselves. Edunet Foundation is committed to building a workforce that is enabled with Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR 4.0) skills and is future-ready.

Programs Offered by Edunet Foundation

One of the prominent programs offered by Edunet Foundation is IBM Skills Build – Job Seekers. It is IBM’s flagship e-skilling platform designed for learners in engineering, vocational, job seekers, and educators domains. The platform offers customized learning paths, digital badges, and certificates that are shareable across other platforms. The experiential learning approach with real-life projects offered by industry bodies provides the opportunity for learners to pick up essential emerging tech and future skills at their own pace and in their own space. Edunet Foundation is one of the partners for Skills Build and facilitates learning for participants across relevant domains.

Collaboration with Rahul College of Education

On February 23, 2023, the Rahul College of Education signed a memorandum of understanding with Edunet Foundation to promote students’ holistic development. As per the National Education Policy 2020, which emphasizes multiperspective-driven education, vocation-based education, and education for strengthening the capacity and potential beyond the four walls of the classroom, this collaboration aims to enhance the overall development of students. The signing of the MoU took place in the presence of Smt. Krishna Tiwari Ma’am, Joint Secretary for Rahul Education, and Mr. Utsav Tiwari Sir, COO for Rahul Education. Mr. Ashish Arora Sir, Director, Outreach and Business Development from Edunet Foundation, and Mrs. Sanjana Mishra Ma’am, I/C Principal, Rahul College of Education. This collaboration will enable students to gain essential skills and competencies required to excel in the job market and become successful entrepreneurs.
